Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced UPS Inside Sales Engineer with a strong technical and sales background specifically in the Industrial UPS industry. The candidate should be capable of independently handling OEMs and end customers, understanding their technical requirements, recommending suitable solutions, conducting commercial negotiations, and closing orders.

Engineering documentation like GA and SLD needed for technical proposal, user and operating manual. Use CAD or equivalent engineering drawing tools to prepare and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings, and incorporate clear illustrations and instructions into manuals.

Mandatory Requirements

• B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering — Mandatory
• 3–5 years of sales experience specifically in Industrial UPS systems — Mandatory
• Fluency in Hindi — Mandatory
• Good understanding of Industrial UPS technology, product terminology, configurations and applications
• Ability to independently interact with OEMs and end customers and understand their technical requirements
• Capable of conducting technical and commercial discussions with customers
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to follow enquiries through to order closure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and professional communication style with a pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for handling Industrial UPS enquiries from OEMs and end customers, understanding application and technical requirements, coordinating internally for suitable solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, conducting technical and commercial discussions, negotiating with customers, following up on opportunities, and independently driving enquiries towards successful order closure.
• Prepare or coordinate the preparation of engineering documents needed for technical proposals and installation guidance, including input and output wiring diagrams, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), connection details, and relevant technical drawings.
• Provide clear technical briefs, basic design inputs, and drawing guidelines to drafting or documentation personnel. When workload requires delegation, arrange preparation by appropriate personnel and review the outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with Engineering Team requirements.
• Provide the technical drawings, specifications, site findings, customization notes, and engineering inputs needed to present professional customer proposals and technical presentations.
• Prepare, draft, update, and maintain user manuals & operating manuals. Use CAD or equivalent engineering drawing tools to prepare and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings, and incorporate clear illustrations and instructions into manuals.
