DVI, CPD and the HSP Model
At the core of the ARVI HSP UPS is a proprietary topology called DVI — Dynamically Varying Impedance. Where a conventional UPS runs with a relatively fixed output response, the HSP model continuously senses the load current and dynamically varies its output impedance, using a proprietary switching topology and specially designed magnetics.
The result is CPD — Crest Power Delivery: a clean, undistorted waveform, held stable even during repetitive peak demand and real factory load stress.
That is the whole difference. DVI is how the system responds to your load in real time. CPD is what your machinery and controls actually receive. The HSP model is where both are engineered in as standard — turning the UPS into a machinery protection system.
